Some weeks ago I found Blogland flooded by Grannysquares - it was very inspiring and also awoke childhood memories. I think I was 5-6 years old the last time I crocheted Grannysquares, so working on this project puts me in a nostalgic mood...
A big drawback about these cute patches is all the ends that needs weaving in, especially if you work with many colours. Since I am such a lazy girl, I decided there has to be a better way. The conclusion: pull the ends along when you change colour and weave them in as you crochet. The ends will be partly visible on the back, but more or less invisible on the front - and that´s what counts, right?? Yet again I have picked yarn from my stash. Medium weight alpaca this time, probably ending up as a scarf.

HEJ med dig!! Dejligt at se, at du tog springet!
